CFTB receives grant to support access to technology for blind and visually impaired.

Alphapointe has had a continuous partnership with Computers for the Blind for the past three years, providing over 100 laptops to youth who are visual impaired or blind for our weeklong program, Alphapointe Technology Camp.

Delta Gamma grant awarded to Computers for the Blind to help close the technology gap for students and veterans!

Hildur H. Michel Charitable Trust grant awarded to Computers for the Blind to provide affordable, easy and FUN typing tutorial to Texans!

CFTB has been awarded an assistive technology grant from the Inspiration Foundation to further their mission by purchasing a Braille embosser.

CFTB has received grants from the Delta Gamma Foundation to help provide computers at a discounted rate.

David Jeppson, current Executive Director for Computers for the Blind, will be retiring Oct 1st, with Christy Householter taking his place.
